We are pleased to share the latest dividend announcement from CRDB Bank for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.

💰 Dividend Summary
The Board has proposed a dividend of TZS 90 per share for all eligible shareholders.

📅 Key Dates to Note

1. Dividend Declaration Date – 14th April 2026
   This is the official date when the dividend was announced.
2. Cum Dividend Period – 14th April to 4th May 2026
   If you buy shares within this period, you will qualify to receive the dividend.
3. Ex-Dividend Date – From 5th May 2026 onwards
   If you buy shares from this date onwards, you will NOT receive this dividend.
4. Register Closure Date – 7th May 2026
   This is when the company finalizes the list of shareholders eligible for the dividend.
5. Dividend Payment Date – From 1st June 2026 onwards
   Payments will begin from this date for all eligible shareholders.
